A 57 years-old male patient underwent a definitive implantation of a IPG in the left hypogastric area after a sucessful trial with percutaneous temporary extensions. A few hours ater the procedure, the patient complained from a pain and tumefaction of the left flank. Examination revealed a voluminous hematoma following the tunellisation track.
