A 68 year-old female patient with an history of aquired lumbar spinal stenosis and bilateral legs pain was treated with a spinal cord stimulation. An octopolar lead was implanted and connected, after a sucessful 3-week trial, to a non-rechargeable IPG. A 57 years-old male patient underwent a definitive implantation of a IPG in the left hypogastric area after a sucessful trial with percutaneous temporary extensions.
